Four Saturdays Fall 2015 with Tasha

Our November afternoon will be co-led with Ellen Saltonstall.
Each afternoon retreat includes asana practice, sutra study, pranayama and meditation. Deepen your practice through interweaving asana, philosophical understanding grounded in yoga tradition, and the presence that meditation can begin to reveal. This series is for those new to yoga study as well as those more familiar with contemplation of texts. Prerequisite is 30-hours of class at Tasha Yoga.
