Discover how Yoga and Ayurveda can support you through menopause, so you’re available for the rest of your life. Learn how to use Yoga and simple Ayurvedic practices to address hot flashes, insomnia, weight imbalance, anxiety, depression and more.  The afternoon will include asana and pranayama, meditation and introduction to key Ayurvedic principles and therapies for all stages of this important transition in women’s lives.

Anne Dellenbaugh, MA, RYT-500, C.Ay., is a pathfinder. She found her own path through a terminal cancer diagnosis using yoga, Ayurveda and other alternative therapies. For 20 years she ran her own business, HER WILD SONG, guiding wilderness trips for women. She brings to her teaching great compassion for the challenges we each face and a passionate desire to help each woman find her own path—and the joy that comes with living in alignment with her best, wisest, truest, great Self.

Anne began teaching Anusara™ Hatha Yoga in 2005. She completed Ayurvedic training at the Ayurvedic Institute and Kripalu Center and continues her studies with Cate Stillman, and Sonia Masocco. Anne is a long-time meditator and a senior student of Paul Muller-Ortega, Tantric scholar and meditation guide. She lives in New Mexico and Maine.
