Anusara Yoga Map: A Guide to Embodied Experience

The practice of yoga asana can take you into unexplored territory of sensation, embodied experience, breath, and emotions. Natasha Judson offers a conceptual map to guide your practice, based on the alignment principles of Anusara Yoga. When you put this map into conscious relationship with your experience of the postures, it serves as a support to your personal practice and gives you ways to work through any challenges that arise.

Explore how your verbal, conceptual understanding of yoga and your experiential, felt sensations support each other synergistically to produce the powerful transformation that yoga offers. The program includes asana practice in each session, along with mindfulness experiences, centering, chanting, discussion, journaling, and contemplation of relevant quotes from the yoga tradition.
