I’m happy to share three excellent events in our region:

1. Samavesha is the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga Festival coming up September 28-October 4 Martha’s Vineyard.  I am teaching Inversions at Samavesha on Friday, October Check out the full schedule here.

2. My meditation teacher Dr. Paul Muller Ortega will be co-teaching with Todd Norian in Lenox, MA October 23-25. The workshop will be a combination of physical yoga asana teachings with Todd Norian, and the meditation teachings of Tantra with Paul Muller-Ortega.  Find out more here.
