Learn optimal alignment and accessible poses to promote healthy functioning in the major muscles and joints. These sessions are appropriate for everyone, regardless of yoga background, and include some partner work.

Natasha “Tasha” Judson, M.Ed., ERYT500, credits her yoga practice with the empowerment to take action to get out of pain and to embrace life more and more fully. Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher Patricia Walden and then the Anusara Yoga community have shown her how to become accomplished in yoga despite injuries, and how to help others with therapeutics. She became a Certified Anusara Yoga teacher in 2007. Currently she studies and practices meditation with Dr. Paul Muller Ortega, founder of Blue Throat Yoga. She runs Tasha Yoga studio in Williamstown, Massachusetts offering classes, workshops, immersions & teacher training.
