With Tasha Judson, M.Ed., E-RYT500 at Heart of the Village Yoga in Manchester Village, VT
This series of six classes investigates a particular part of the body each week. Each session takes you through a bio-mechanically sound sequence of poses. In the process, you become familiar with principles alignment and how to apply them in your body. These principles work effectively in your asana practice on the mat, as well as off the mat in daily life. By aligning with your body and how it functions, you are empowered to take better care of your body, manage your stress, and improve your quality of life. This series of classes is a great way to begin a practice of yoga asana. It is also excellent for more experienced practitioners interested in therapeutic applications of yoga.
