Restorative Yoga makes use of skillfully placed props such as bolsters and blankets to fully support the body in a variety of positions for more extended timings. In this way yoga deepens into the endocrine system, supporting a shift into the parasympathetic nervous system associated with rest. Restorative Yoga allows for the release of tension making way for greater well being and vitality.
