Join your colleagues and friends at Williams for a six-week Introduction to Yoga. This progressive series of yoga classes is specially oriented for beginners new to yoga. Participants will learn the essentials for participating in classes, such as centering, placing your foundation, breathing, categories of poses, alignment and use of props. Taught in rotation by the staff of the studio Tasha Judson, Anne O’Connor and Ingrid Van Niekerk you will also experience the diverse flavors of different teachers and styles of yoga. This class is limited to 8 participants is held In Person at Tasha Yoga studio, 20 Spring St. Masks and vaccination required.
