Funky Friday Flow at 6p on 10/21 –

A 90-minute level 2 class with the first hour incorporating vinyasa flow and the last 30 minutes moving toward restorative. Class led with music. Register here.

Sunday Slow Jams at 10am on 10/30 –

A 90-minute level 1/2 class that focuses on warming and lengthening major muscle groups. In essence, a laid-back, down-dog-free, Sunday morning practice to ease students into the week to come. Class led with music.  Register here.
