This half day workshop will focus on cultivating mindfulness with the quality of lovingkindness. We will emphasize transforming judgment to curiosity and resistance to softening, seeing for ourselves how kindness deepens our relationship with our experience and allows us to approach our life with openness. The retreat will include both Buddhist mindfulness and metta meditation.
