Anatomy Nerd with Tasha Saturdays 12-1:15 – Open to All!

January 6, 13, 20, February 10, 17, 24, March 3, 10

Learning about your body and how it works is empowering and liberating.  Discover the locations and functions of the muscles and bones of your body. Through experiential explorations, ballwork, reading, visuals, and discussion you will learn how to support your body for greater ease and skill.  These sessions increase your body awareness and facilitate greater understanding of how your body works.  These classes may be taken as a series or drop in sessions and are appropriate for all levels of student.  We will follow Anatomy & Yoga: A Guide for Teachers and Students by Ellen Saltonstall.  Participants are strongly encourage to acquire Ellen’s book and read the relevant chapters.
