2010 Special Inter-Session:

Special intersession classes with Charlie, Zaidee, and Tasha on 8/30, 8/31, 9/6, and 9/7.

The Fall Session begins Monday, September 13.  There are a few changes, such as Tuesday morning has moved to Wednesday 8:30-10:00.

Unlimited Classes for the current month: $90

5-class card: $75 – Expires two months from date of first class you take on your card

10-class card: $135 – Expires four months from date of first class you take on your card

Class Levels:

Basics:  A slower pace and orientation to alignment in the foundational poses of the Anusara Yoga Level I syllabus for students newer to yoga and/or those working with health conditions.

All Levels:  Suitable for beginners with basic fitness and no major injuries as well as continuing students deepening their practice.

Intermediate:  Working on kicking up into handstand and pushing up into wheel.

Advanced:  Able to kick up into handstand and push up into wheel with straight arms.  Explores the most challenging poses on the Level I syllabus as well as introduces poses on the Anusara Level II syllabus.
