1.5 hour classes: 8  for $120/16 for $220/single $17

Hubbard Hall is at 25 East Main St. in Cambridge, NY.  Class is held in the Studio located behind the hall.

The Yoga Place 532 Main St. Bennington VT is in located in downtown Bennington over Panache. We suggest that you enter in the back off of Pleasant St. The parking is easier and it is easier to find us!

Basics Level:  A slower pace and orientation to alignment in the foundational poses of the Level I syllabus.

All Levels: Suitable for beginners with basic fitness and no major injuries as well as continuing students deepening their practice.

Intermediate: Working on kicking up into handstand and pushing up into wheel.

Advanced Level: Able to kick up into handstand and push up into wheel with straight arms.  Explores the most challenging poses on the Level I syllabus as well as introduces poses on the Level II syllabus.
